When it comes to healthy living. Only one thing clicks into our mind and that is good physical health, a life free from all diseases. Yes, this is also healthy life. But we neglect mental health. Mental health plays a vital role in our lives.

Some kids observe everything like the behavior of their parents, guardians, and teachers. If the emotions of a kid are neglected. This may lead to a huge loss. Here I wanna share a story of a man who had two sons. He uses to drink a lot and use to do evil and will abuse his family. When his sons grew up. One became a great personality and a successful man while the other destroyed his whole life he uses to drink and follow the same things that his father would have. Someone asked them why their two brothers are opposite to one another they both replied that we saw our father. The successful brother said I saw my father how he abused my mother and how miserable life my mother was spending with my father. So, I dreamt of giving a happy life to my mother and working accordingly and now I am having a happy life with my mother and my family. The other said I saw my father and followed him and how he uses to abuse our family. I thought if my father is doing this it might be the correct way of life. So, from this story, I want to say that how things have different impacts on different people. So, the emotions of a person should not be neglected from the start. The parents or the guardian should monitor the child and should focus on both physical and mental health.


Stress:

stress is the body's response to a situation of life. Different situations that can occur suddenly and unexpectedly can be the reason for stress. This is the worst condition a human can have.



Causes of stress:

There are different causes of stress which can be classified as  financial stress family stress, personal and professional stress 

Financial stress: If a person suddenly dropped out of a job or business. He will have stress like what to do now and to survive? and How to deal with my financial problem.




Family Stress: If any member in your family is suffering from uneasy life or suddenly died.Because of the emotions attached to that person. You may have stress like how can I forget that person how can I come back to my personal and professional life.







Personal stress: If stress has a direct impact on a person personal stress is also similar to family stress but there are some issues that a person can't share with his family also. He alone has to bear all the pain.



Professional stress: Stress related to the profession of a person like how to finish my work on time? how I can achieve my desired goals? how to develop myself professionally? All these are the example of professional stress 



How to come up with this stress:

1. Positivity: First of all you need to develop a mentality that there is nothing permanent in this world.
With every raise, there is a fall. If my happiness didn't stay forever then, this problem (stress) will also stay and if god wills it will vanish like it dint came at all in my life.

2. Reading books: you can read books like comics or any inspirational books as it can help you a lot in getting rid of stress. reading religious books will be very grateful you can know many things about your religion and can also cope with your stress

3. Hobby: Develop a hobby that keeps you busy. Because when you are busy you won't think about sorrow you only pay attention to your work and one thing circulating will be circulating in your brain that you have to finish this work on time. So, develop a hobby and also set a target that you have to complete your work on that time. Few examples of hobbies that can help you to fight stress:
  • Cooking🥘🍙🍚
  • Learn languages
  • Painting 
  • Swimming
  • Spending time with your pets
  • workout/exercising



4. Loyal Friendship: when it comes to friendship, Today there is no loyal friendship in this world only the friendship with your parents and the friendship with god are loyal. Surround yourself with the people who make you feel special. If you won't find such people. You need not worry. Develop your friendship with your God because God will never cheat or deceit you. Tell him all your sorrows. Only cry in front of God. He only has the power to take you out of the worst situations.

5. Avoid Fake Relationships:  There are only 2-3% of relationships that are loyal today. In this era, It is very difficult to find a loyal person who is 100% committed to you. So, to protect yourself from everlasting stress do not get into a fake relationship. The only happy relationship is after marriage. The girl or boy promises you that they will stay forever in your life and after some time if they get better than you they will leave you and will forget you as you never existed for them and the validity of their forever promises will expire within a short period of time. So the only way to get into a healthy relationship is to get married to a boy or girl who is very serious about you. Otherwise, stay away from toxic people and be happy with your parents and siblings. The parents are wonderful gifts from nature they can understand us only by seeing our faces from what we are suffering.

Conclusion: To beat your stress have a sound sleep, eat moderately avoid fake friendships and relationships, Develop good hobbies, start doing workouts, exercising for at least 20-30 minutes a day may calm down your stressful brain. And if the severity of stress is high visit the doctor.
