Hey there. Today, i gonna discuss about the healthy drinks which can detoxify you and boost your immune system and ultimately cut down your fat.



1.The Green Drink: 

This green drink can be a miraculous juice as it contains lots of nutrients, minerals and have many health benefits. For this drink we require One medium size cucumber chopped ,mint leaves 4-5, Half bunch or as per your requirement coriander leaves and 4-5 Basil leaves. Add all these ingredients in a blending jar and add half glass of water to this mixture. Grind this mixture very well . Now your drink is ready. If you want to strain the mixture you can otherwise have this drink without straining. This great drink is packed with nutrients and chlorophyll. Which helps in weight loss, boost your immune system and promotes digestion. Have this drink early in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast. Do not eat or drink any thing for 1 hour after having this drink. Otherwise this drink may not give you the best result.





2.The Red Drink:


Another great drink packed with iron, Nitrate, Magnesium, Copper and vitamin B. For this drink the ingredients what you need is a Beetroot medium size chopped , Pinch of rock salt for taste few leaves of coriander. Mix all these ingredients and half glass of water grind it well and strain the juice in a glass. Have this juice anytime  in a day on daily basis . this juice is very helpful in anemia, and beetroot is a great blood purifier. When the blood is purified the skin automatically starts to glow and this juice also acts as a great detoxifier. It removes all the dirt from the body and helps the internal system to function properly.



3. The Orange  Drink:


This juice is prepared from a carrot. Carrot is used both as a vegetable and a fruit. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, Vitamin A which promotes healthy eyes . Having one  large carrot before bed can decrease eye sight problems, As carrots are very good for eyes . Now for this drink take one carrot . First peel the skin of the carrot and chop the carrot finely add a glass of water and grind it very well then with the help of muslin cloth extract the juice if you want you can add a pinch of rock salt to the juice . Now, this amazing drink is ready .Which not only detoxifies you but also helps in weight loss. This juice can be taken after lunch or dinner







4. The Yellow Drink:


The main ingredient of this drink is Pineapple. This fruit has a great health benefit. It is beneficial for eyes, detoxification, cleansing of colon, immune booster and inflammation fighter and also to calm down the stressful mind. To make this drink you need half pineapple remove the skin chop the fruit really well and add a cup of water grind this well and after grinding with the help of muslin cloth squeeze out the juice and add a half lemon's juice and here you go the yellow drink is ready which is packed with number of benefits. It also cures menstrual cramps. If a women/girl is suffering from heavy bleeding during periods have they can have this drink and avoid all the dairy products take complete rest for 2-3 days and drink juice continuously 2-3 times a day. this drink will helps in boosting your immune system and gives relief in heavy bleeding.



5. The white Drink:


One of the delicious and a healthy drink of all times. "The white drink" to make this drink . Take a fresh mature coconut and break it when it opens separate the water from the coconut then grate the white part of the coconut. then take this coconut grating in a blending jar add 1 cup of water and blend it well. Then take out the coconut from the jar transfer it in a bowl with the help of the muslin cloth squeeze the milk from the content. Now the liquid will be very thick . Again put back the coconut shreds in the blender. Add 1 cup of water and blend again then after few minutes of blending strain the milk from the coconut sherds. Now add 1  tablespoon of honey if you want to add sweetener to the milk . Honey is the best subsidiary for sugar . Honey will increase the nutrients of the coconut milk. Now this refreshing white drink is ready . This delicious drink will make you feel full if you have this milk before meals it will help in melting your stubborn fat 



At last the only thing i would say that only having these drinks alone, won't make to slim overnight .Consistency is the key for every success .
